Account Responsibilities

You may not use our service to generate misleading content, impersonate others, violate any laws, or infringe upon the rights of others. You may not attempt to circumvent any security measures or access data not intended for you.
Intellectual Property
The content you create using ApplyFrame - including resumes, cover letters, and other documents - belongs to you. However, the platform, design, templates, AI models, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of ApplyFrame. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ApplyFrame provides its services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content. We do not guarantee that your resume will pass ATS screening or lead to job interviews.
Limitation of Liability
ApplyFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of employment opportunities, data loss, or interruptions in service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or actions that may harm our platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
